Kaptive v3 preprint now available

The Kaptive v3 code was released a few months back. Now in this preprint, we describe the updates to methodology, and quantify the improvements to performance in terms of speed (now ~1 second per genome), typeability (now returning good quality calls for ≥96% of genomes down to 20x read depth) and accuracy for K and O locus identification!
